How it fits together

You write a line about your day. That's the mental part, and honestly it's enough. If you want more, the app reads that line against where you are in time — the long chapter you're in, the hour of the day, the channel in the body that's currently awake — and offers one small physical practice. What comes up often needs another person, so you're pointed toward people and circles who can meet it. Meeting it means someone actually doing something, which is where behaviour lives. And what you give away, freely, is the part that isn't about you at all.

Punya is simply a record of that last part. It's split across seven centres so you can see which parts of yourself are being fed and which are quietly starving.

The seven centres

Words the app uses

Punya
Good that you've actually done — merit earned by kindness, not by intention.
It's what punya counts here, and why only earned points move your tier.
Punya
Action and its echo — what you do coming back around.
Every point in the app is a record of something you did for someone.
Chakra
One of seven centres in the body, each standing for a part of being human — safety, feeling, will, love, voice, insight, meaning.
Your punya is sorted into these seven, so you can see which parts of you are getting fed.
Mahadasha
The long chapter of life you're in, ruled by one planet, lasting years.
It sets the theme; your chakra focus and daily practice follow from it.
Antardasha
A shorter season inside that chapter, ruled by a second planet.
It colours the mood of the years-long theme — the sub-plot inside the story.
Pratyantardasha
A brief phase inside the season — weeks rather than years.
It's usually what today actually feels like.
Hora
The planetary hour — each hour of the day belongs to one planet.
It's the smallest timing signal, useful for choosing when to write, ask or help.
Nakshatra
One of 27 lunar mansions — the patch of sky the Moon was sitting in when you were born.
It sets where your dasha sequence begins, so everything downstream depends on it.
Dasha lord
The planet in charge of the period you're in.
Its qualities are what the app's colours, crystals and volunteering suggestions respond to.
Meridian
In Chinese medicine, a channel in the body that's most active at a certain time of day.
It gives the physical counterpart to the chakra — where to put attention in the body right now.
Lagna
The sign rising on the horizon at your birth — the lens you meet the world through.
It anchors the whole chart, and shapes which archetype circle you're offered.
Daana
Giving — a specific thing donated to soften a planet's harder edge.
It's the oldest version of what this app does: help given, weight lifted.

None of this is required. One line a day is a complete practice.
