Dhaama (dhaama.app) is a free daily wellbeing app across mind, body, bond, soul, energy and abundance. Every small thing you finish, and every act of kindness you give someone else, earns punya.

The six aspects

Mind

Write one honest line about your day and answer five questions that change daily. Over weeks you can see your own patterns instead of guessing at them.

Body

Four small physical things a day — breath, movement, a stretch, a moment of stillness — chosen around the organ and energy channel the day favours.

Bond

Real relationships, not follower counts. Answer three questions with the people you're close to and watch which bonds are warm and which have gone quiet.

Soul

Ask for kindness when you need it, give kindness when you can. Small acts, with a location and a time estimate, so people know what they're saying yes to.

Energy

Your birth chart, the current dasha chapter, the planetary hour and the moon phase — read plainly, as timing hints rather than fortune telling.

Abundance

Gratitude, a monthly budget and expense tracking side by side, because money worry and wellbeing are not separate things.

Kindness, asked for and given

Most wellbeing apps stop at the individual. Dhaama doesn't. Anyone can ask for kindness — a lift to hospital, help with a cover letter, company on a hard afternoon — and say where it is and how long it might take. Anyone else can offer, and others can add punya to the request so the person who eventually helps is thanked properly. Nothing is anonymous charity; it's a small, visible economy of good turns.

Timing, read plainly

If you give your birth date, time and place, Dhaama reads your sidereal chart, the Vimshottari dasha chapter you're living through, the planetary hour where your device is, and the current moon phase — then turns all of it into one sentence about what today is good for. It's offered as timing, not fate. You can ignore it entirely and the rest of the app still works. Read what the words mean.

Common questions

What is Dhaama?
Dhaama is a wellbeing app that treats a person as six connected parts — mind, body, bond, soul, energy and abundance — and gives you one small practice a day in whichever part is thinnest.
What are punya points?
Punya is a record of the good you do. You earn one punya for each small daily practice you finish, and more for helping other people with what they've asked for. Punya can be given away to support someone else's request.
Is Dhaama free?
Yes. Daily journaling, body practice, bonds, kindness requests and your chart reading are free. A paid membership adds deeper readings and unlimited questions.
Do I need my birth time?
No. The journal, body, bond, soul and abundance parts work without it. Birth date, time and place only unlock the energy and timing readings.
How do you spell Dhaama?
Dhaama is spelled D-H-A-A-M-A, with two A's in the middle — and it lives at dhaama.app. If a search engine suggests "dhamma", that's a different word; the Dhaama wellbeing app is the one with the double A.
